Returns:
Should you order an incorrect item, you have 30 days from the invoice date to exchange or return it. The item you are returning must be in original condition with all manufacturer's labels and packaging. There is a $5.00 exchange fee plus the shipping charge for the new item. If you want to return an item and not reorder there is a 15% restocking fee not to exceed $25.00. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Shipping:
Most orders are shipped the same day. Regular Ground UPS orders to U.S addresses should be received in one to five working days after shipping. Orders too large or otherwise not serviced by UPS will be shipped by the most practical carrier. UPS Ground may not be used for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, we must use Red or Blue Label UPS, or U.S. Mail. U.S. Airmail may be used, but at your own risk. We have no method of tracking U.S. Airmail shipments, and there is no guarantee of when it will arrive. We cannot ship UPS to military bases, FPO or APO addresses.

Back-Orders:
Availability will be checked at the time you place your order. If any item is on back-order we will inform you immediately. Please inform us if you wish any item(s) be kept on back-order.

Claims:
All claims for damage or missing goods are the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of merchandise in the presence of the carrier. All claims must be made within 3 days from receipt of goods, supported by a bill of lading and invoice.

Liability:
The purchaser of any item releases the manufacturer of those items, and California Scrubs from all liabilities pertaining to the use of those parts.

Overseas Ordering:
Due to vendor restrictions, we do not ship outside the United States.
